The minimum stay is one week.

During the summer holidays from end of June to mid September the house can only be rented from Saturday to Saturday.

Prices include bed linen and towels for bathroom, pool and beach, cleaning twice a week and a final cleaning at departure.

A local durability fee (2025: €15/night) is included in the rental price.

No pets allowed
