You enter mavie upstairs. Here you can find the kitchen where you can prepare meals together enjoy the fantastic view over the town of Lefkada and the opposite mainland meanwhile.

You can also find a dining area with a wooden dining table suited for twelve people and and a living space with a cosy green couch.

A spiral staircase leads downstairs where the bedrooms and a second living area with satellite TV are situated.

mavie has got four bedrooms, each with a bathroom ensuite (one with a bathtub). Two bedrooms are furnished with double beds. Two bedrooms provide two single beds which can be altered to up to four single beds upon request.

Between the bedrooms are planted courtyards. These small gardens ensure your privacy despite the transparent architecture of the house.

All bedrooms have seaview and a direct exit to the outside where a 20m-infinity-pool can be found. A spacious terrace surrounds the pool with sufficient space to enjoy either sunshine or shade.

In mavie we deliberately do without air conditioning. Instead we make the best out of the windy coastal location of the house which faces a northeasterly direction. That way a comfortable room climate can be reached even during summer months. To deal with occasionally hot nights the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

Warm water is generated by a solar panel supported by an air heat exchanger. Thanks to a floor heating mavie can be used all year round.
